Automated Duct Line

Ilten's has a completely automated duct line capable of producing 48" wide duct from 10,000 lb. coil stock. Line produces either Snaplock or Pittsburgh seams in gauges from 18 to 28.

Insulmatic is a component of the duct line which automatically insulates the duct produced by the line. Insulation from liner is automatically glued and pinned in accordance with SMACNA standards.

Ilten's has the ony Fitting Plazma cutting table in the area blanking round to square fittings.

Ilten's has a round spiralmatic machine capable of producing spiral round duct from 4" diameter to 52" diameter in gauges from 18-28.
