Mechanical Zoning

In your home is your first floor too warm and your upstairs too cold or the upstairs too warm and the main floor just fine? If you have heating and cooling problems similar to these, mechanical zoning is our answer.

Maintaining a constant or even temperature throughout your two-story home with one thermostat is almost impossible. The zone system will give you a thermostat on the main level and another on the second floor of your home. We will install mechanical zone dampers in your existing ductwork. The dampers open and shut in response to the temperature of the individual thermostats. If you want variances in the temperature between the two floors, or maintain a constant temperature, then this is the system for you. We can install mechanical zoning on new home construction and, depending on the application, in existing homes.
